Our citizens were done quickly, super huge and very tasty. Great, very, very friendly service.

The place itself is a bit dark and doesn't seem so inviting. Service is good and friendly. We had coffee and waffles, which were delicious, but there was only a fork and no knife. When the weather is good, it's nice to sit outside.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait more than 20 minutes for the staff to even notice us. There was no response to our waving and calling. The table was neither cleaned nor disinfected. Our personal details were also not asked. It is therefore questionable whether other corona rules are followed. The coffee was okay and was also brought quickly after the order was placed. We won't be back anyway.

Friendly but inattentive staff, we sat for half an hour in front of our empty coffee cups. There was no light in the cubicle in the ladies' room, and a roll of toilet paper was available to dry your hands. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else!

Unfortunately a failure today, cocktail was served on a beer mat: That should probably distract from the lack of decoration on the glass and the cracks on the edge. I don't want to swear by it, but unfortunately the cocktail tasted very much like a ready-made drink. Service was ok, but a little more cordiality wouldn't hurt. And in God's name: Somebody should do something about the annoying flies, the crowd is no longer normal. I hope the bistro will regain its strength and will not be drowned by the competition. Unfortunately, tonight it looked as if they had already given up and were only going through the last few days. It's a shame.

It is in a nice spot, but otherwise a disaster. The beer is lukewarm and completely beaten to death when served. The fries are so floury that you can bake bread and the schnitzel can be cut without a knife. I honestly wouldn't feed it to my dog ​​it is that dirty. I do not recommend anyone to come near here at all, so 1 star ... We ate here with eight and nobody was satisfied.

Been and ate here a few years ago. That's why we came back. That was a mistake. Service was attentive and fast. Not the kitchen. The meat on the burger was grilled dry. The burger bun was, too, dry. The salad was also quite disappointing. Price for a bottle of water is ridiculous (€ 6.50). They don't know green iced tea, they served regular iced tea - which was very tasty by the way! Then ordered the same again. Was now served in a different glass, without lime and other flavor. Weird. We will skip them from now on.

Nice lunch on a square where there is always something to see. So you will not get bored while you wait and after that you can eat well.

We could only pay cash afterwards, we had to go to the bank first. And that in corona time and 2020! Then a lot of rumble with change.

Basically, you can eat well here or even drink a few beers. In summer the tables outside are well attended. The restaurant is also very good in the center of Winterberg. Anyone sitting here can observe everything in peace and enjoy the day. Price-performance is ok for Winterberg. The service is attentive and fast.

We like coming here every year, the food is still as good as expected, but the service has gone from five to zero. The servers need more education in manners. The toilets need to stay clean. Generally disappointing except for the food!

The food was great, the service nice and attentive. However, the toilets need renovation and should be cleaned more often. The smell there is not the most pleasant. Paper towels on a roll were not in the dispensers, so were on the sink. Also the toilet paper lay around.

Very nice restaurant / caffé, food was good and the staff was super friendly. Only currently not possible to pay with EC card, but should change soon.

Good bistro, the map does not give us so much for us, but the things on it, are really delicious and therefore a recommendation

Quite high prices for normal things

The service is not too fast. We ordered chicken nuggets and they are delicious. It is a very good snack!!

The food is simple but cheap. Our experience was mixed. The restaurant was out of goulash soup. Instead, one of us chose the onion soup, but it tasted like water, a bit tasteless. When asked if we enjoyed it, our honesty seemed not very welcome, the waiter just shrugged and went on. The atmosphere, the main courses and the beers were OK, though.
